Interest Rates
Interest
rates on SBA 504 Loans are determined
when the debenture is sold to fund the loan. Debentures for 20 year loans are sold
monthly. Debentures for 10 year loans are sold bimonthly. The rates reflect the
actual cost of borrowing, inclusive of servicing fees.
